The smell of the sun

2026
Image of a sun
The smell of the sun is the smell of you,
your dark hair charging its faraway light.
Like sweat, but not quite
The thin layer of illuminated skin beneath.
The smell of a world outside and wild, but all your own. Sunshine,
casting this world into relief.
